Fun employees health and wellness program

We had opportunity to work together with a well established life assurance company for their employees well-being program.

Firstly, we understand our target audience and their needs, then we customize our content as much as possible according to their needs.

We proposed Refresh, Recharge and Rejuvenate Your Team (R3) to the person in charge for the reasons that a good training program not only need to impart good and useful knowledge but also need to be simple and easy for the participants put into practice straight after the training.

Fun and healthy session

 

To achieve this, a good training need have a well blend of theory and practical.  

During the many sessions, we introduced them the concept of good self-care  and its benefits in terms of saving time, saving money and improve productivity.   At the same time, we shared with them the small little things in our daily routine that we can do.  With a minor tweaking on their routine, they can improve their general health ranging from eye tiredness, stiff neck and shoulder or headache and migraine.

Interacting with each other

Some of the issue can be solved permanently too with this simple change in our routine.

All these message and knowledge are delivered in a Fun and Interactive manner because research has shown that most people learn best and remember better when they are having fun practicing what they learnt.

Hands-on session

At these information age, many people are well informed on many health issues, including the long and short term side effects of medication.  More and more people are taking initiative and personal responsibility for a better and natural way of being healthy.   R3 served their needs by showing them practical and proven ways of managing their ailments in a natural, safe, non-invasive way.

The advantage of having an experienced trainer, Peng Tatt, in health and personal development made the whole series of training lively.

In additional to health knowledge, participants also picked up many useful tips in managing stress holistically, strategy for work life balanced and creating a supportive environment at workplace.

So, the R3 is not only a healthy session.  It is also an opportunity for the participants to participate in team bonding event subtly.
